This includes a thorough mobility assessment, trial stretch and personalised consultation to create your unique stretching program that also takes into account your aims and objectives, lifestyle and, of course, your budget. Then, if you choose to continue stretching with us, you have four participation options as outlined here:

SafeGuard Feature – Protecting you from passive spending!

If you accrue 2 months of credits or more because life has gotten busy, we will automatically pause your payments until you have used your balance then recommence normal payments. This protects you from passive spending risk.  If you don’t attend for a further 10 months after we SafeGuard you despite our best efforts to contact you, we will cancel your account and any accrued credits.
